Medicrea USA, pioneering the transformation of spinal surgery through AI, predictive modeling and patient specific implants, is currently searching for Regional Sales Directors in both the South Central (TX, OK, LA, AR & MS) and the South East (FL, GA, AL, SC, TN & VA) areas. Medicrea’s portfolio includes 30+ FDA approved spinal implant technologies with core competencies in data science, engineering services and next generation manufacturing. The candidate must possess the following: Minimum of 8 years in the spinal device industry preferred, along with 3 years of management experience. Spinal Deformity knowledge and experience required. Strong communication skills, ability to recommend spinal implant products/technologies while determining market trends, forecasts and inventory. The RSD is also responsible for sales targets along with expansion and growth.
